How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping address and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card , debit card , net banking and UPI. 

Can I modify my order?

We aim to process orders quickly, which may limit the window for modifications. If you need to make changes, please write to us at support@fawwnity.com with your order id as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed or shipped.

How can I cancel my order?

We want to ensure that cancelling your order with us is as hassle-free as possible. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:

  1. You can immediately write to us at support@fawwnity.com  to cancel the order with the order id in the subject line of the mail.
  2. If the cancellation request was sent before the order has been shipped, we will proceed with the refund immediately.
  3. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep so that it reaches back to us. Once we have received the product with original packaging and no damage, we would start with the refund process. However, you will be responsible for a fixed shipping cost of INR 40 associated with the return.
  4. Please note in any of the above 2 cases the cancellation request can only be initiated by writing to us at support@fawwnity.com. We will be happy to assist you.
  5. Order cannot be cancelled after it has been delivered to you and you have accepted the delivery.

How about a refund for cancelled orders?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment form used at the purchase time. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In case of COD orders, kindly provide your account details in the mail sent to initiate the cancellation.

How do I know which product is suitable for my skin type?

Our product descriptions include information about the specific skin types each product is suitable for.

Where can I find all the product-related information?

The product-related information such as all ingredients, application, and FAQs related to the product can be found on each product page.

What should I do if a product I want is out of stock?

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again. We strive to restock popular items as quickly as possible.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we periodically offer discounts, promotions, and special offers. Stay updated by following us on social media. Any ongoing promotions will be displayed on our website as well.
